Abstract

The intensity of perceived stress and the ability to cope with it vary from one individual to another. Since human resources constitute the cornerstone of any organization, regardless of the nature of its activity, whether service-oriented or productive, and considering that the success of organizations depends on several variables, work stress is one of these variables and one of the most prominent topics of our time. It is also a challenge for all organizations striving to achieve their objectives and ensure their survival and continuity amid increasing competition in both local and global markets. Therefore, contemporary organizations are required to continuously consider the various factors affecting their human resources, as these factors may hinder employees' performance.
